Why I Created Groundwork

I started Groundwork because I wanted to train differently — not just harder.As a freestyle dancer, I learned how to move.
But it wasn’t until I started training my body with intention that I understood what real strength feels like — not just in muscle, but in confidence.Now, I work with people of all levels who want to build muscle, burn fat, and feel better in their bodies.
But beyond those goals, I have a deeper mission:To help every person become their own trainer.I believe fitness should give you freedom — not dependence.
